This course will examine Drupal web site architecture, design and site building. By the end of the course, students will be able to design, develop and deploy Drupal web sites. Our training will give you a solid introduction to Drupal 7 in just a half day. We use hands on activities to teach you the most essential features and concepts of Drupal. WHO SHOULD ATTEND Companies considering Drupal Developers just learning about Drupal Site administrators or those responsible for website maintenance Students OVERVIEW By the end of this class you will be familiar with Drupal terminology. We'll teach you the process behind the construction of Drupal sites so you will have the big picture of just how valuable Drupal is as a web solution. You will also learn how to identify and choose modules to get the functionality you need for your web project. This is a hand-on lab course. Students are expected to bring their own laptop with WiFi. Each student will build out a fully function web site using Drupal sandboxes on the Pantheon hosting platform.
